This renovation includes the addition of a bright, inviting contemporary lobby with a monumental ceiling. This lobby provides a weather lock from the outside elements, keeping patrons cool during the summer and warm in the winter. It additionally includes a large community room, sheltering noise from the main library. A new Genealogy Room provides a rich history to discover family legacies, filled with modern resources all in an elegant setting. The addition of a stone fireplace provides a perfect place for reflection or reading on a chilly day. Newly built reading rooms, provide for quiet study or escape into reading a great book. Throughout the library, fresh flooring and paint breathe new life into every corner, creating an inspiring atmosphere for all who visit.
